The client is located in the Midwest agricultural state of the United States, which is a region of intensive crop cultivation and produces a large amount of straw, husk, sawdust, and other renewable organic waste every year.
The client’s company is a manufacturer of new energy materials and soil conditioners, and has a long history of utilising agricultural and forestry waste.
With the local emphasis on carbon neutrality, the customer wants to introduce automated, energy-saving carbonisation equipment for the continuous and stable production of biochar, which can be used for soil improvement, carbon sink projects, and activated carbon processing.

To meet the customer’s capacity demand of processing more than 10 tonnes of raw materials per day, we recommend the LT-1200 model печь непрерывного карбонизации.
The output of this model is 1200-1500kg per hour, and it is equipped with screw feeder, water-cooling device, dust collector, etc., which realises the automation of the whole process from feeding, charring, cooling to discharging.

In export packaging, we use standard export wooden crates reinforced, internal foam padding for shockproofing, and the outer layer of the product film is moisture-proof and rust-proof. Multiple protection ensures that the equipment is delivered without damage during the sea transport.
At the same time, we support on-site video link inspection service, so that customers do not go abroad in the case of real-time understanding of the state of the equipment, which greatly enhances the confidence of procurement.
