什么是连续碳化炉？

把它想象成一条由Shuliy机械精心打造的“全自动魔法管线”。

您只需将破碎的原料持续不断地从管道一端加入。在另一端，高质量的炭会自动连续流出。整个过程几乎无需人工干预，并在完全密封的环境中运行——清洁且环保。

它消除了传统土窑或吊炉那些繁琐、耗时且多烟的生产方式——诸如“装料—点火—闷烧—等待冷却—出炭”这些繁复步骤。

“连续”意味着什么？

Uninterrupted production: feedstock enters while charcoal exits simultaneously, achieving production efficiency several to dozens of times higher than traditional equipment.

Labor savings: Shuliy’s continuous carbonization furnaces feature advanced PLC intelligent electronic control systems with high automation. Just 1-2 workers can easily manage the entire production line, significantly reducing labor costs.

Consistent quality: continuous carbonization under sealed, constant-temperature conditions ensures each batch of charcoal is uniformly and consistently high-quality. Issues like under- or over-burning, common in traditional kilns, are eliminated.

Drying and feeding: first, raw materials are fed into our preheating dryer to efficiently remove excess moisture. Then, an automatic screw feeder evenly conveys them into the carbonization chamber.

Sealed carbonization and energy self-sufficiency: within the carbonization unit, materials are heated in an oxygen-free or low-oxygen high-temperature environment. Combustible gases generated during initial carbonization are captured by our patented flue gas purification system.

净化后，这些气体被回收用于维持炉内加热，实现“能源自给”，从而显著降低外部燃料成本。

Cooling and charcoal discharge: after carbonization, the high-temperature charcoal enters our specially designed water-cooled jacket cooling system for rapid temperature reduction before being safely discharged through the outlet. This finished charcoal can be packaged immediately without prolonged waiting.
