Drying and feeding: first, raw materials are fed into our preheating dryer to efficiently remove excess moisture. Then, an automatic screw feeder evenly conveys them into the carbonization chamber.

Sealed carbonization and energy self-sufficiency: within the carbonization unit, materials are heated in an oxygen-free or low-oxygen high-temperature environment. Combustible gases generated during initial carbonization are captured by our patented flue gas purification system.
